You have to be at least 18 years of age to make any reservation request. The reservations can only be requested for yourself and you are the responsible person for the group of people you are travelling with. Reservations requests for under aged travelers can only be processed with the written and signed approval of their legal adult supervisors. All the information supplied to TicoBooking.com is hereby attested to be true, accurate, current and complete.

 

While we have taken due care and responsibility to verify all the information, prices, photos and additional content in TicoBooking.com, this information is supplied by hotel, car rentals and travel services directly and we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy.

 

We do not accept any responsibility in the case of prices and services details changes without notice to us by the provider. We strive to maintain our prices up to date but in the case a provider changes their policies and or rates we accept no responsibility. Prices may change at any time without a prior notice.

 

All reservations are confirmed only upon the full payment is received, payable by PayPal, International Wire Transfer or direct deposit into our U.S. Bank Account. Until 100% of the reservation amount is paid availability of the service can’t be guaranteed. Processing fees, taxes and services fees are not refundable, unless specified in a written form.

 

To complete and finalize any reservation we require the customer full name, phone number, complete address, email address, arrival date, flight details and full payment.

 

All payments are processed through third party services. Depending on the payment method processing fees may be charged.

 

Every service, hotel and car rental booked through TicoBooking.com has different cancellation and reservation modification policies, which may change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for third party services policies changes or penalties charged.
 
Cancelled reservations eligible for a reimbursement may take up to 90 days to receive the compensation amount depending on the hotel, car rental company or service.
 
In the case of a cancellation or reservation changes, the information has to be provided in written form by the individual that originally booked the service, to TicoBooking.com and to the hotel, car rental and services reserved.
 
Customers may cancel or change their prepaid hotel reservation in accordance with the individual hotel cancellation policy. Some services do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made (see individual hotel cancellation policy). The customer agrees to pay any cancellation charges or change fees that may apply.
 
Users are prohibited from making any false, speculative or false reservation.
 
Ticobooking.com is operated by Surf Voucher S.A., a Costa Rica registered corporation and is governed by the laws of Costa Rica. All customers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Costa Rica in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. A printed version of the terms of services and conditions shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings.
 
We operate as a travel agency and service provider. We may charge a fee for the service we provide when you use the Website when you book or reserve travel services, or accommodations. We retain our fees as compensation in servicing your travel reservation. Our fees vary based on the amount and type of travel reservation. Any such service fee is non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all other charges and fees arising out of your use of the services available from the Website.
 
All taxes are remitted directly to the vendors. We are not the owner of, nor a co-vendor with, any of the travel partners available on the Website.
 
The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services on this website are not agents or employees of TicoBooking.com or Surf Voucher S.A.. We are therefore not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. TicoBooking.com and Surf Voucher S.A. have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
 
All customers agree to defend and indemnify TicoBooking.com, Surf Voucher S.A., officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature brought on by third parties as a result of your breach of the terms and conditions of the website and booking referenced herein or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
